Reflection period
Every online purchase has a statutory reflection period of 14 days.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Custom-made products such as installation materials, cables cut to length and assembled distribution boxes
- Opened packages because fewer products are ordered than are supplied in one package as standard
- Other custom made or composite products
- Work already carried out, such as drawing up layout plans, system design and (preparatory) installation work
- Business customers
To take off
Pick up is possible at our warehouse at Beek 12 in Hoevelaken. The following rules apply:
- Great that you are coming by! We are happy to help and would find it annoying if you have to wait long. Therefore, please pay attention to the points below
- You will be helped the fastest if you come by appointment. We are also happy to help the 'drop-ins', but if you come by appointment we know for sure that someone will be available to help you immediately.
- You place your order in advance in the webshop and select 'Pick up' as the shipping method.
- You can pay in advance in the webshop, or upon collection with PIN, Credit Card (note the extra costs!) or Cash in Euros (Above €10,000 in cash we are obliged to report this transaction).
Unfortunately, we cannot release your goods without full payment.
- Do you have any technical questions? Please indicate this when making the appointment. We will then ensure that there is a cup of coffee and someone with sufficient know-how available to answer all your questions. Our installers are happy to share their knowledge!
