Dispatch:
All parcel orders are shipped with transport company Ben Becker. The advantage of this is that they know how to handle solar panels and that inverters are not sorted via a conveyor belt or slides. So you can rest assured that your order is in good hands during transport.
We always make an appointment before sending when it can be received.

Delivery time:
Delivery times of products are clearly indicated on the items.
2-5 days is standard for almost all items, including zone panels and inverters.
2-4 weeks means that solar panels are not in stock, but have already been ordered and are on their way.
4 weeks or longer means that the products still have to come from abroad and a long delivery time is expected.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time is different than indicated and we will call you to find a suitable solution.

Postage costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight. When you click together all the desired items in the shopping cart, the shipping costs will be indicated in the shopping cart. These shipping costs are only a contribution to the actual costs and we cannot deviate from this.

Returns / Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires possession of the product.
If you have opted for a service, such as a course or installation of solar panels, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after confirmation of the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to returns@htxsolar.nl The products must be returned no later than 14 days after the cancellation.

If you wish to return one or more items, please follow the following guidelines:
1) You send an email to returns@htxsolar.nl within 14 days of receiving the items, in which you inform us which item you wish to return. You must also state the item number and order number of the order.
2) You return the product with all supplied accessories in its original condition, packaging and unused, with a copy of your invoice and order number . After receipt and processing of your return shipment by our returns department, the amount will be refunded to the account with which the order was paid within 14 days.
Please note: We regularly receive returns without any information or papers. It is then a puzzle for us as to who it came from, why it was returned and to whom we have to make a refund, causing the refund to take an unnecessarily long time. So don't forget to include the correct paperwork.

The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. We will, however, reimburse the shipping costs you paid when placing your original order. If you return part of an order, we will reimburse the shipping costs for this part.

Refund
After exercising the right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including shipping costs for delivery, back within fourteen days.
You bear the costs for return shipping yourself.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Custom-made products such as installation materials, cut-to-length cables and composite distribution boxes
- Opened packaging because fewer products are ordered than are supplied as standard in one packaging
- Other custom-made or composite products
- Work already carried out such as making installation plans, system design and (preparatory) installation work
- Business customers

To take off
You can pick up from our warehouse at Beek 12 in Hoevelaken. The following rules apply:

• Nice of you to stop by! We are happy to help and would find it annoying if you had to wait a long time. Therefore, pay attention to the points below
• You will be helped fastest if you come by appointment. We are also happy to help the 'intruders', but if you come by appointment we are sure that someone will be immediately available to help you.
• You place the order in advance in the webshop and select 'Pickup' as the shipping method.
• You can pay in advance in the webshop, or upon collection with PIN, Credit Card (note the extra costs!) or Cash in Euros (We are obliged to report this transaction above €10,000 in cash).
  Unfortunately, we cannot release your goods without full payment.
• Do you have any technical questions? Please indicate this when making the appointment. We will then ensure that a cup of coffee and someone with sufficient know-how is available to answer all your questions. Our installers are happy to share their knowledge!
